Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat shipping fee starting from ₹60 for orders below ₹499
COD Handling — Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery orders depending on location and courier partner policies.
Promotional Shipping — Free shipping offers during sales or campaigns may override standard charges temporarily.
Shipping fees cover packaging, handling, and courier logistics required to deliver your order safely.
All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Order processing & dispatch

Repeated RTO orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.
Reshipping Policy — RTO orders can be reshipped only after confirmation. Additional shipping charges must be paid in advance.
If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us (RTO).
