Surcasual offers free shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹499 or more. Orders that do not meet this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee starting at ₹60, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping charges are applied to cover logistics, handling, and courier services required to deliver the order to the customer’s address. Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Surcasual reserves the right to modify shipping fees or promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders placed on surcasual.com are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare the order for shipment, including order verification, packaging, and handover to the courier partner. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or high-demand periods may experience slightly longer processing times.

Once the order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link via email and SMS, allowing them to monitor the status of their shipment.

4. Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner operations. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or less accessible areas where courier services require additional transit time.

While Surcasual works with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, the exact delivery timeline cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Factors such as regional logistics constraints, weather conditions, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules.

5. Shipping Partners

Surcasual works with trusted national courier partners, including but not limited to logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ekart and other reliable shipping networks. The courier partner assigned to a shipment may vary depending on the delivery location and service availability.

These courier partners are responsible for transporting and delivering orders to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. Surcasual will process and ship orders based on the address details submitted during checkout.

Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot be modified or changed. If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, Surcasual cannot guarantee successful delivery of the order.

In cases where a shipment fails due to incorrect address details or delivery issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender.

7. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable, the delivery being refused, or the courier being unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to Surcasual by the courier service. This process is commonly referred to as Return to Origin (RTO).

In the event of an RTO, customers are required to contact Surcasual by email to request assistance. Depending on the circumstances, Surcasual may arrange for the order to be reshipped. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.

8. Shipping Delays

While Surcasual aims to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to:

  • High order volumes during sales or promotional periods

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Public holidays or regional restrictions

  • Operational issues affecting logistics networks

9. Lost or Missing Packages

In the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit by the courier partner, customers are encouraged to contact Surcasual promptly with their order details.

Once the issue has been verified with the courier service, Surcasual will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation. Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, Surcasual may arrange for the order to be reshipped to the customer.
