100% super combed bio-washed cotton. Pre-shrunk, heavyweight, permanently soft. The optic white is reactive-dyed to hold its brightness through washing without yellowing. Dense and opaque at this weight, no transparency, no thinning. A clean, sharp base for a detailed full-colour badge that needs every element to read clearly.

On white, the full-colour badge is at its most vivid and graphic, every colour in the insignia at maximum clarity, every detail visible, the whole badge reading like a proper emblem rather than a print.
